    Captain David grew up on the Great Lakes in Ontario, Canada before moving to Vancouver, Canada in his mid 20’s. He first started in the industry as a marine wildlife guide on Vancouver Island and then moved on to chartering sailboats and day charters. Captain David has been in yachting since 1998 but prior to entering the industry he spent time as a registered massage therapist, bartender, and whale watching captain.

    Patience, compassion, a calm demeanor, and a sense of humor are some of Captain David’s greatest assets. He is detail oriented and sets high standards for himself and his crew. He feels a great sense of purpose and pride planning and completing a charter successfully. Safety, professionalism, and integrity are always his top priorities. Guests can feel his hospitable nature from the moment they step on board, setting the tone for a welcoming environment. She is a hardworking, motivated, and hands-on Chief Stewardess with over 15 years in the yachting industry. G is a positive leader that takes great pride in training, mentoring, and working alongside the crew to foster a cohesive and efficient team. Prior to entering yachting, she was a teacher and also spent time in the hospitality industry.

    Throughout her career, G has demonstrated a strong work ethic and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences. Through creative theme nights, exceptional tablescapes, and her keen attention to detail, guests are in great hands as soon they step aboard ABOUT TIME. Her professional, friendly attitude prioritizes guest safety and service ensuring seamless onboard operations.

    Laura grew up in a small town north of Finland with her parents and two siblings. She spent her childhood very close to nature, fishing, hunting, and collecting berries and mushrooms in the forest. She also started practicing Judo at a very young age, participating in national and international competitions. For the past six years, Laura has been travelling the world with her boyfriend.
    Laura was first introduced to the yachting industry through her boyfriend, and was fascinated with the versatile opportunities the industry offers. Since she had already spent a lot of time on boats, fishing around the lakes with her father in Finland, Laura found yachting to be a perfect fit.
    With her background in practical nursing, Laura believes her experience working in a fast pace environment, is a valuable asset onboard. She wants all guests to get an experience that matches their personal needs and expectations. Laura is a strong believer that one size does not fit all and she is committed to providing every guest with a unique experience.
    Laura is very passionate about traveling, learning different cultures, and gaining new experiences. When Laura is not busy providing high quality service aboard ABOUT TIME, you can find her reading and spending as much time in nature as possible.

    Monique grew up in Kingston, Jamaica and her earliest memories from childhood revolve around her grandfather’s kitchen, where she was enchanted by the aromas and flavors of the dishes he prepared for a local Chinese gambling house. It was through her time with him and the rest of her family that her love for food was born.

    Although Monique has been cooking since her early 20's she wanted a formal education, so she decided to attend the International Culinary Center in New York City, where she received her degree. From there she furthered her craft with a stint at Nobu, gaining valuable experience in Japanese cuisine, which furthered her love for Asian food.

    Monique started boating 18 years ago and takes great pride in ensuring an exceptional culinary experience while on board. She believes that food is more than a means of survival, it is the sharing of a wonderful experience, a revelation of new sensations, and a sensual pleasure at its best! Monique specializes in Caribbean, Italian, and French cuisine and enjoys a fusion of all international cuisines. She is comfortable with gluten free and vegetarian diets will always ensure every guest is taken care of.

    In her spare time, Monique enjoys reading, singing, dancing, skydiving, and of course, cooking. She can’t wait to share her passion for food for all guests who step on board ABOUT TIME.

    Brandon hails from Knysna, a small yachting town in South Africa. He grew up on the water for much of his childhood which laid the foundation of his expertise in the marine industry. As a naturally energetic and hard-working person, he enjoys the professional adventure the yachting industry has to offer. First entering yachting 10 years ago as a deckhand, he has since been on board sailing and motor yachts as a bosun, mate, and first officer.
    Brandon is keen on the upkeep of the exterior of the vessel, going above and beyond to ensure tenders and toys are kept functioning at a high standard. He has a strong eye for detail, always putting his best foot forward to show his dedication to his role.
    On board ABOUT TIME guests will find Brandon positive, polite, friendly and an upbeat addition to the crew.
    Brandon’s hobbies include sports, particularly watersports, football, squash, running, and golf.

    Lau grew up in a small town in Argentina and decided to enter the yachting industry after spending time at an industrial maintenance company and running his own auto repair shop. Lau is detail-oriented and committed to ensuring the vessel is running perfectly resulting in the most comfortable experience for guests on board. When Lau is not busy with his mechanical duties, he is helping out the deck team in any way he can to ensure top-notch service is being met at all times.

    In his spare time, you can find Lau playing the guitar but his greatest passion is meeting people from around the world who all have a different perspective on life.


    Renan D'Abreu Figueiredo – Bosun

    Renan hails from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Living in a big city by the sea, he grew up doing water activities such as surfing, snorkeling, and fishing, which has led him to have a strong connection with the ocean. As a kid, Renan was always into sports playing many of them along the years including, soccer, volleyball, different martial arts, horse riding, and many more.
    Renan started boating in 2018 and sees the yachting industry as an opportunity to build a career at the place he likes the most, the ocean. He has now worked onboard M/Y ODYSSEA, M/Y FAR FROM IT, M/Y ALEGRIA and others. Prior to entering yachting, Renan worked as a Business Management Consultant. Renan wants all guests to experience a sense of happiness that they have never felt before. In the coming years, he wants to work his way up to captain, running his own charter program out of exotic destinations.
    During his free time, Renan likes reading, running, weight lifting and enjoying the beach. His greatest passion is traveling and discovering different places. He has now been to 63 countries and spent four years backpacking around the world.
    Renan is ready to teach guests all of his favorite water sports activities to make for an unforgettable adventure.

The prices shown are for the entire yacht for a week-long (7 nights) charter.

Low Rate: $155,000
High Rate: $175,000

The high and low prices of this yacht depend on both the number of guests and the traveling season. Send us an inquiry for exact pricing.

Payment Term : Plus Expenses

Included in your charter rate is the vessel and a professional crew. All other costs such as: fuel, tax, provisions and any other expenses are part of your APA. Advance provisioning allowance (APA) is a pre-payment held by the captain. Any unused monies from the APA account will be refunded after the charter is complete. Additional to the APA, 15%-20% of the base charter rate should be added for crew gratuity.

APA Guidlines

Motor Yacht Expenses: 25%-35% of the base charter rate. Sailing Yacht Expenses: 12%-25% of the base charter rate. For more information, inquire with one of our charter specialists.
