On the ocean Andrew worked in South Africa, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Croatia, Bahamas, USA and the Caribbean - where he has a passion for all things water, practicing free-diving, spear fishing and surfing. His skills go beyond just being a Captain, as an ex-semi-professional snowboarder, circus performer, and with qualifications as a sailing, ski, snowboard, wakeboard and surf instructor —your trip will sure be exciting, and packed full of learning and adventure. If waves and action isn’t your forte, and you looking forward to a relaxed, stressed free vacation, Andrew has your back — having worked in hospitality in Japan, Cape Town and Lesotho, (can speak some Japanese), he is well versed in the meaning of guest experience, and will make sure all your needs are more than satisfied. Relaxing is a great and all, but hey if you are looking for a bit of a party, Andrew trained by his cousin who came second in cocktail making in London can whip you up an incredible “Captains Cocktail,” his favourite is a Margarita with a twist. Family and kids are the most important thing on holidays, Andrew worked as an au pair for 3 years while studying, he is super good with kids, always making sure they are having fun and are safe. As you can see theres very little Andrew cannot do, some may say that he can’t dance, but he likes to differ.   Chef Julia:
  Coming across the seas from the inner city of Sydney, Australia – I grew up baking alongside my mother and grandmother learning the home classics and passed down family recipes. After a challenging few years working as paediatric nurse during the global pandemic, I took the opportunity of the world opening back up to explore the world, tasting culinary delights in many parts of Asia and Europe before landing myself in Croatia as a Chef onboard flotilla charter yachts this past European summer. This experience ignited a flame for me to chase my dream of working as a chef on the water full-time.
  
  I come from a strong hospitality background working in several established venues in Sydney both behind the bar and front of house. I have completed a number of short culinary courses with Le Cordon Bleu and the Australian Patisserie Academy and am so passionate about delivering delicious food and a unique hospitality experience.
  
  Outside of cooking up a storm, there is nothing more relaxing to me than perching in the sun with a good book or finding new walks along the coastlines around the world. Coming from a large family, bringing people together around a table to enjoy a meal and share stories is one of life’s greatest moments in my eyes and I cannot wait to welcome you onboard and share this with you all.
