  Captain Louis -
  Louis grew up on the Bluff in Durban on the East coast of South Africa, he has a friendly outgoing personality and loves people, entertaining and enjoying life. His love for the sea started at a very young age, spending all his spare time surfing, scuba, windsurfing and sailing. Louis worked his way into owning 50% of a 27ft yacht at the age off 17 and that’s where it all started. He has done many miles and hours accumulating endless knowledge in the art of sailing, enjoying boating and sailing in and out of different ports of South Africa. Louis owned various boats and ended up doing charters on a partly owned private catamaran together with his wife as charter chef and hostess on mostly the West coast of South Africa.   Tersia grew up in Johannesburg, sunny South Africa, after obtaining her senior certificate at school she studied at RA University where she obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in finance. Working for corporate companies for many years she came to the conclusion that people was her passion, and not figures, as she enjoys the social life and love being in the kitchen to prepare impressive dishes for her guests.
  
  Meeting her husband on a sailing holiday, they decided to venture into enjoying life and having fun. Entertaining and hosting people led them to opening a restaurant where Tersia could live out her passion. She has always enjoyed the ocean and loves scuba, snorkeling and early morning swims. Her passion for hosting and making exquisite meals will make your visit a memorable one.
