His entire career has been in yachts between 200ft and 50ft sailing around the Mediterranean and Caribbean seas, and transatlantic crossings always with exceptional safety discipline. Coming from Spain, Carlos is very familiar with the Balearics and is the ideal person to present the area and its wonders to the guests. Besides, he will convey his passion for sailing with great enthusiasm.

  Rayenari has been professionally dedicated to be a Private Chef for the last 9 years. He will delight the guests with his wide range of global local fusion cuisine, Mexican food, Mediterranean, classic French and Italian gastronomy, sushi show, Thai and Korean as well as many other healthy dishes. He loves fresh, natural and local ingredients, always providing for a healthy menu. He will make sure to bring gastronomy on board beyond the expectations.
